The Rite & Rubrics used for all consecrations within the CCEW and its Primus is the Roman Pontifical Vatican One.
Particular attention is paid throughout the consecration with the liturgy & rubrics.
There is always the minimum of three (3) bishops present during the consecrations to conform to the norm of the Apostolic Canon I.
The Principal consecrator is always the Primus with two co-consecrators
